I just thought why not...might as well try using these stupid polls.
I tried to list all of the songs that I hear people talk about most frequently, so I apologize if your favorite didn't make the list, but these polls only seem to have 8 options to them. :-(
If it makes you feel better, some of my personal faves didn't make the list either...

Every evening I met you...hallowed ground Restless flesh of lifeless blue...make no sound Dance with me, my bitch, my love...rigor mortis kiss I Gave you every inch of me...you could not resist Skin of lifeless flesh is just a memory Beyond the gates of time to spring eternally Beyond your lifeless shell, love that springs anew You'll learn to love me To learn to f#@! me too...
Which is worse... the fan of necrophilia songs or the writer of?

All time favorite is "The End of Time". I've had the pleasure of doing that song as a member of "The Theatre" and covering it with HRF (one time with Lord Z on vocals...much better than my singing of it). My second favorite is "Drive". Never got to play that song. Third favorite is "All of My Nights".

Which is worse... the fan of necrophilia songs or the writer of? Tough call...but for the writer, would it also make it worse if he himself was *inspired* by necrophilia songs as well ( see Allice Cooper: "I love the Dead", "Cold Ethyl", etc[/b]) All time favorite is "The End of Time". I've had the pleasure of doing that song as a member of "The Theatre" and covering it with HRF (one time with Lord Z on vocals...much better than my singing of it). Heh. That was sort of weird and fun getting up there and performing that with quite a different set of musicians. Also I recall joing you and Brother Rabbit in a rendition of that as well. My second favorite is "Drive". Never got to play that song. Third favorite is "All of My Nights". Second favorites...Third favorites...something told me this little poll wasn't going to pan out too well. For myself, there's too many 'faves' that it's hard to pin down just one. I settled with "Vampire Bride", primarily because I've always loved the main guitar riff - but the way Carmen, Az, and now also Set attack this one makes it one 'big' sounding piece. I think it's a song where we all shine out pretty well. "Another Way" was a very close second.

I believe you are right on The Brother Rabbit thing. Also, "technically" HRF and Brother Rabbit were the same band, just minus one disgruntled musician and plus 4 positive musicians. Man, going from a 3 piece to a 6 piece was fun with that one!
Speaking of Brother Rabbit, The Commitments (which the name came from) was on VH1 the other night. GREAT FLICK!!!
Back to the Zadoc tunes...TRIVIA!!! NAME THE SONG THAT THIS LYRIC CAME FROM...
"For All I See is a Book...Which could of been Written...BY ANYONE OF YOU!!!"
(No Nightmare Members or Courtney can answer that...let's see if someone else can get it)

I believe you are right on The Brother Rabbit thing. Yup. I believe the HRF gig was at the Caribou Club, and the BR gig was at the infamous 'Barge. Also, "technically" HRF and Brother Rabbit were the same band, just minus one disgruntled musician and plus 4 positive musicians. Man, going from a 3 piece to a 6 piece was fun with that one! Believe me...I know quite well the difference in being a 4-5+ piece band and being a three piece. Although I wouldn't trade our days as a three piece (Carmen, Az, and myself) for anything - I think all three of really grew as musicians on that one just trying to fill up all the gaps. In a way it's part of the reason we put a serious slowdown in our (maybe just my own) desire to hire a second guitarist. Back to the Zadoc tunes...TRIVIA!!! NAME THE SONG THAT THIS LYRIC CAME FROM... "For All I See is a Book...Which could of been Written...BY ANYONE OF YOU!!!" (No Nightmare Members or Courtney can answer that...let's see if someone else can get it) Doh! I will give a hint however to those who might be tempted to check out our lyrics section - the song is in there...but that line is not included in the printed lyrics. However it IS possible for someone searching through the site to find it somewhere...

It's been awhile since I've had acess to the site here, but I couldn't resist voting when I saw the poll. Naturally Another Way is my all time favorite song. The very first time I heard Another Way I was immediately hooked. Over the past year I've developed quite a few other favorites. My second choice is Vampire Bride (Set your addition with the keyboards was GREAT) or End of Time, or actually I really love Immortal Dreams too. I guess I should just say Another Way is my favorite of all times. Zadoc, Carmen, and Az, I just want to tell you guys how talented you are and how much I've enjoyed watching the three of you grow together over the last year I've known you all. And I can't wait to see all the great things Set will be bringing to the band. And just to let you know I'm casting a vote for my mother, she likes Another Way, mostly because Az looks hot while he's playing it. I'm just quoting her. This really makes Az blush.

Zadoc, Carmen, and Az, I just want to tell you guys how talented you are and how much I've enjoyed watching the three of you grow together over the last year I've known you all. Aw...geez...thanks... Playing alongside Az and Carmen has really invigorated and challenged me as a guitarist - they've both taught me many things and have made me a far better player than I was previously. I haven't felt this comfortable and connected with my bandmates since the 'olde Vampire Theatre days'. Az and Carmen kick much ass. And I can't wait to see all the great things Set will be bringing to the band. The game has just begun... And just to let you know I'm casting a vote for my mother, she likes Another Way, mostly because Az looks hot while he's playing it. I'm just quoting her. This really makes Az blush. LOL...I tend to think of that song as being "Az's Song" His passion and playing on that song should serve as an example to other bands as to how important the bass guitar truly is.

And Curtis wouldn't have anything to do with the mystery line? Huh? LOL! I'd be cheating if I answered.

And Curtis wouldn't have anything to do with the mystery line? Huh? Shhh...we're getting closer... A better bit of trivia would have been who wrote that line in question. (Hint: it wasn't me or Mr. Dark Cloud)

I just voted-although it was kinda tough. Normally it would be "No More Goodbyes" but the thing that really hooks me w/ that song is the keyboard part. It's still cool without it, but the melody of the keyboards really does it for me. Also, I really like "Immortal Dreams" alot as well.
