Fortunately, throughout the years the Nightmare has made many close allies over the course of our history. Some are long gone bands of yesterday and some are still sharing the billing with the Nightmare today.
We feel very honored to share and to have shared the stage with many of the wonderful original acts that have been like family to us.
So we're dedicating this message area for our friends in other projects.
Some of our bretheren include: 99ยข Special, Toxic Love Affair (formerly Ssik Humor), Haunted By Angels, Pagan Holiday, Born Again Savages, The Drunk Vicars, Stool/Punch Drunk Monkeys (featuring Crappy the Clown), Caroline Blue, Tears End, Violent Fury, and many more...

Recently, we've found out that Darryl, the bassist for Haunted by Angels is no longer a part of the band. He's been replaced by Pat Allyn. Personally, I'm going to miss the pure entertainment Darryl brought to the stage. Hopefully, things will continue on a good path for Haunted and Darryl. Of course, I will remain a true fan of Haunted, but I will miss Darryl.

Recently, we've found out that Darryl, the bassist for Haunted by Angels is no longer a part of the band. I am deeply saddened by this. At our first show with HBA, aside from Danielle/Halo the band's manager, Darryl was the first person from HBA that I met. We had a slightly long conversation outside the club and he seemed very enthusiastic about being the bassist for HBA. Both of our bands made a strong bond that night and I think especially so between Az and Darryl. When word hit about Az's neck injury and the possibilty of his injuries hampering our performances, Darryl immediately offered his services any time we needed a temporary replacement. I think I can safetly speak for Az to say that if it ever came down to getting someone to fill in for him, Darryl would still be our #1 choice. I wish the best of luck to both Darryl in his future endeavours, and to Pat in his new role as HBA's new bassist. Darryl, don't be a stranger - be sure to keep in touch. Hope to hear from you soon.

That's too bad-I've never seen (yet) HBA live-but I have seen their video on UMTV and listened to some of their Mp3s-sounds pretty cool. I'd definately like to check out a HBA/Nightmare double bill sometime-if my wonderful schedual permits of course... Good luck with the new bassist HBA. And to Darryl as well... And Zadoc, thank you for including CAROLINE BLUE as part of the bretheran carolineblue.com/

And Zadoc, thank you for including CAROLINE BLUE as part of the bretheran My pleasure ;-) We had a blast playing Bleachers with you guys on Halloween - and since then we've seem to have made a pretty strong bond between both bands. Any band that we've played out with that's been as cool to us as you guys deserves a bit of a nod around here :-)

Thanks you both very much. I'm sure that our bands will be doing some shows together soon. Mrs. Ghoul thinks I'm hot? Are you sure she hasn't been looking at the WWJ lunchbox? ;D (Actually, believe it or not,if you go to monstermike.com/ and click on his STORE link, you'll see that-as a joke-Mike put my face up on a BUNCH of things-with some interesting words as well... ;D ) Tell her I said thank you. Actually, there is no native blood in Da "Wang of Wayne" (try saying that 5 times in a row fast! ;D ). It's actually Chinese/German with some Swedish thrown in for the height. carolineblue.com/
